Phoenix Audio/Video Specialists was founded in 2008 by two former installation managers of Tweeter Home Entertainment, a well-known A/V retailer in the Delaware Valley.
While these are challenging times for consumers and retailers alike, there are still reasonable alternatives to big-box stores whose commitment to you ends once the sliding glass doors close behind you. We created Phoenix because we believe that there is still a place for independent dealers who take pride in their work and offer the individual attention that many forgot even existed. While many companies lost sight of that goal a long time ago, a few of us still hold on to the vision.
