Q: I purchased an extended warranty through Tweeter and need service. What do I do?

A: Most of the extended service plans sold by Tweeter are backed by 3rd-party companies, so chances are you can still get your system serviced. Tweeter most recently sold warranties backed by Service Net and AON. If your warranty is through Service Net and you live in the Delaware Valley, you can request Phoenix AVS, LLC as your preferred service provider. We are fully authorized to work on your system. Q: Tweeter installed my (Home Theater, Plasma TV, Control4/Crestron System). Now something's wrong and I don't want anybody else touching it. Can you help me?

A: Yes, we can help you. We know Tweeter's systems because we designed and installed many of them over the years. Whether you have a warranty or not, call or email us and we'll help you out.
